Who we are

Travel Park is an independent visa consultancy based in Cairo, Egypt, run by Mohamed Saeed. This policy explains what personal data we collect through travelparkco.com, WhatsApp and email, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

Contact details you send us: your name, phone number, email and the messages you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.

Application documents you choose to share for your file, such as your passport, photos, bank statements, employment letters, travel history and family documents.

Reviews you submit on our website: your first name, the visa you received, your rating and your text.

Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you personally.

Why we use it

To answer your questions and give you a consultation.

To prepare your visa file, book appointments, and arrange the flight and hotel reservations your application needs.

To publish your review on our website, only after you tick the consent box.

To show approved visas on our Trophy Wall. Approval photos are chosen so they do not show sensitive personal details, and we remove any photo on request.

Who we share it with

Only with the parties your application needs: embassies and consulates, official visa centres (such as VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International and Almaviva), airlines, hotels and insurers, and certified translators.

Service providers that run our tools: WhatsApp (Meta), Google (forms and sheets for reviews), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics) and our email provider.

We never sell your data and never use your documents for anything other than your own application.

How long we keep it

We keep your documents only for as long as your application and any follow-up (such as a reapplication) need them.

You can ask us at any time to delete your documents and messages. We will confirm once it is done, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent for a published review at any time.

We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). Send any request to [email protected] or on WhatsApp.

Security

Our website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Please send documents only through our official WhatsApp number (+20 106 244 4968) or [email protected]. We will never ask for card PINs or online banking passwords.
