Our service

Travel Park is an independent visa consultancy. We prepare visa files, assist with appointment booking, and arrange the reservations and translations an application needs.

We are not an embassy, consulate or visa centre, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Every visa decision is made by the authorities alone, and no consultant can guarantee approval.

Free consultation

Your first consultation on WhatsApp is free and carries no obligation. We tell you which visa fits your case, what your file needs and the price before any work begins.

Prices and payment

Prices on our website are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before work starts. Where a price says it includes visa centre fees, those fees are included; otherwise official fees are paid separately.

Clients applying from outside Egypt receive their price on WhatsApp.

Payment terms, including any deposit and refunds, are agreed with you in writing on WhatsApp before we start your file.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that every document and detail you give us is genuine, complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for a refusal or delay caused by incorrect or missing information.

Attend your appointment on time with the original documents, and follow the embassy's and visa centre's instructions.

Appointments

Visa appointments themselves are free. Our fee is for the booking assistance. Availability is set by the visa centres, and dates can change without notice.

Decisions and timing

Processing times and decisions belong to the embassy. We are not liable for refusals, delays or changes in rules, fees or appointment availability, but we will help you understand a refusal and plan your next step.

Reviews and the Trophy Wall

Reviews you submit may be published on our website with your first name. Approval photos on our Trophy Wall are chosen so they do not show sensitive personal details. Ask us at any time to remove your review or photo.
